Pretty, orange on orange striped party dress with two tiered skirt with orange trim at the hem. The skirt is full and flouncy with lots of volume and can be styled full or straight.  Bodice is fitted and sleeveless and is lined in white cotton voile. It closes with snaps at the back. 
The set includes a matching reversable petal  hat with stripes on one side and solid orange on the other. It can be styled up or down.
